wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass wir uns mit der Einführung unserem Next Generation (NG) Ökosystems dazu entschieden haben, die folgenden Produkte abzukündigen:
* Uhlmann & Zacher "Edition 1" Schlösser mit Ausnahme der Wandleser CX213x,
* die komplette ISEO-Produktpalette
* NXP P60 NFC Karten und Transponder
* sowie mit der Legacy Firmware verbundene SaaS-Produkt "Access as a Service" und "IDentity as a Service"
Die Entscheidung, diese Produkte abzukündigen, wurde getroffen, da sowohl die Technologie der Schlösser überholt ist und vom Hersteller ebenfalls abgekündigt wurden beziehungsweise nicht mehr hergestellt werden (NXP P60 Chipkarten). Zudem sind die Unterhaltung der SaaS-Produkte (ACaaS und IDaaS) sowie die Pflege der zugehörigen Komponenten unwirtschaftlich und nicht für moderne Anforderungen gerüstet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Uhlmann & Zacher "Edition 1" Schlösser noch bis zum 01.10.2024 bestellt werden können. Zu ISEO pflegen wir aufgrund äußerst geringer Nachfrage aktuell keine Geschäftsbeziehung mehr, und können daher keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen. Die Legacy ACaaS & IDaaS-Infrastruktur und Produktpflege werden jedoch bis zum 31.12.2024 fortgesetzt. Durch stark erhöhte Nachfrage in den letzten Wochen sind alle Restbestände in kürzester Zeit verkauft worden. Trotz enormer Anstrengung konnten wir keine RFID Karten oder Fobs mehr aufkaufen
Kunden, die U&Z Schlösser im Betrieb haben, wird ein Over the Air-Upgrade auf die neue Plattform angeboten. ISEO-Kunden müssen leider entweder neue Schlösser von Uhlmann & Zacher erwerben oder sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen, um eine Lösung zu finden.
Wir möchten dringend darauf hinweisen, dass alle Kunden mit bestehenden Integrationen (SDK und API) sich umgehend mit der neuen Next Gen Technologie auseinandersetzen sollten, um das Refactoring ihrer Apps und Kundenlösungen zu planen und mit uns eine individuelle Upgrade-Strategie zu entwerfen.
Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, eine Datenübernahme aus dem Bestandssystem zu beauftragen, wobei die Kosten entsprechend des Umfangs der Datenübernahme berechnet werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher, sich frühzeitig mit unserem Kundensupport in Verbindung zu setzen, um ein individuelles Angebot zu erhalten und die Datenmigration rechtzeitig zu planen.
Gleichzeit freuen wir uns aber, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass die "Edition 2" Produktserie von Uhlmann & Zacher ab sofort für unsere neue "Next Gen" Plattform verfügbar und sofort einsetzbar sind.

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that with the introduction of our Next Generation (NG) ecosystem we have decided to discontinue the following products:
* Uhlmann & Zacher “Edition 1” locks with the exception of the CX213x wall reader,
* the complete ISEO product range* NXP P60 NFC cards and transponders,
* as well as SaaS product “Access as a Service” and “IDentity as a Service” linked to the legacy firmware.
The decision to discontinue these products was made because both the technology of the locks is outdated and has also been discontinued by the manufacturer or is no longer produced (NXP P60 smart cards). In addition, the maintenance of the SaaS products (ACaaS and IDaaS) and the maintenance of the associated components are uneconomical and not equipped for modern requirements.
Please note that Uhlmann & Zacher “Edition 1” locks can still be ordered until 01.10.2024. Due to extremely low demand, we currently no longer have a business relationship with ISEO and can therefore no longer accept orders. Due to a strong increase in demand in recent weeks, all remaining stocks were sold in a very short time. Despite enormous efforts, we were unable to buy any more RFID cards or fobs However, the legacy ACaaS & IDaaS infrastructure and product maintenance will continue until December 31, 2024 and customers who have U&Z locks in operation will be offered an over-the-air upgrade to the new platform. ISEO customers will unfortunately need to either purchase new locks from Uhlmann & Zacher or contact us to find a solution.
We would like to urge all customers with existing integrations (SDK and API) to get to grips with the new Next Gen technology immediately in order to plan the refactoring of their apps and customer solutions and to design a customized upgrade strategy with us. We offer the option of commissioning a data transfer from the existing system, whereby the costs are calculated according to the scope of the data transfer. We therefore recommend that you contact our customer support team at an early stage in order to receive a customized offer and plan the data migration in good time.
